About Me

Hey guys!  I’m Katie, the girl behind the camera! I was born and raised in Randolph, WI and in 2015, I married my husband, Steve.  He pushes me every day and makes me a better person! He always brings a positive outlook and makes me laugh every single day, he is truly my best friend!

In April of 2018, we had our first baby – a son, named Ezra.  We seriously love him to pieces!  He is the happiest baby you will ever meet and nothing beats his belly laughs!  Along with being a photographer, being a mom has been a dream of mine since I was little and it is 100X better than I expected.  We also have 2 completely chaotic goldendoodes, named Paisley and Dakota.  They have energy that’s through the roof and they definitely make having a baby interesting!

When I have free-time, we love traveling (so if you want to do a shoot further away, let me know), going to breweries, attending all sporting events possible, sitting outside in our screened in porch watching TV and trying new restaurants.

Something that defines me is my huge heart for other people. If I could spend every day helping someone in need or someone who isn’t as fortunate as me, I’d love it! That is one reason why I enjoy my job as much as I do! I love capturing all those special moments watching a child grow and a family just being….a family! Life goes by too quickly, I love being able to stop and freeze time while documenting all of the special memories along the way.

I typically have my camera (even if it’s just my phone) out every day taking pictures of something. This year is a year of growing for me. I plan to attend some workshops and grow as a person and a business woman over the next few months! I’m always looking for ways to improve and provide people with amazing photos for them to look back at for years!
